Samantha found yoga during a personal transition in 2011. While figuring out what she wanted in life her practice helped her to find her voice. Life is a whirlwind and a regular practice helped her to establish her roots and connect with her inner happiness. Three years later, she decided to deepen her practice and understanding with teacher training. Her own yoga journey has developed her appreciation for balance, both literal and figurative, on and off her mat. Her classes will develop your personal practice as well as hone your ability to accept what you can change, and let go of what does not serve you. The most important part of your practice is accepting where you are, trusting the process and embracing what is yet to come.
